Med Man Campout Cocktails

​

1.  Golden Vail​

   • A lot of cold beer in big chilled glasses (pilsner, IPA, lager, stout ... it doesn't matter) ​

2.  The Purple Pete ​​

   • 4 parts Gin​

   • Lemon Juice

   • Blue Curaco

   • Creme de violette (optional)​

3. Punt, Pass and Kick

   • 1 bourbon, 1 scotch and 1 beer​

4. Hot Rocket

   • 6 oz tequila​

   • 1/2 lime

   • salt

   • 1 jalapeno or equivalent

   • bite the jalapeno, swallow 2oz tequila shot - repeat 3 times. Lime and salt to season.

5. School of Rock Parade

   • 6 -10 parts rum - very, very large glass

   • 2 oz Rose's Red Juice

   • Mix with cranberry, coke, OJ, Dr. Pepper or any combo of sugar jacked mixer

   • Strong squeeze lemon or lime 

   • On the rocks of course!

   • BAR CLOSED​

7. ​The Trestle Sunset

   • 1 part ice

   • 2 parts Ukrainian Vodka (or more)

   • 2 parts Organic Lemonade 

   • 1 Twist of Lemon wedge

8.  Hurkey Shillelagh​​

• 1 very cold pitcher, lots of frozen shot glasses​

• four cups Bailey's Irish Cream - very cold

• four cups Ukrainian Vodka - very cold

• Mix Vodka and Bailey's Irish Cream in the pitcher, freeze ... start shooting!!

               1/2 oz Lime Juice

               1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
